Do Diet Pills Work?

Diet pills have been around forever, promising rapid weight loss with very little effort on the part of the user. This “seems too good to be true” claim is, indeed, just that. In this video AFS CEO Mike Stack explores the scientific evidence (or lack thereof) behind diet pills. We’ll also discuss some of the adverse effects these pills can have on the human body. In general, the recommendation we’ll make is to avoid using these pills and products all together.
