You will need a band/towel for this workout!
We will be completing 3 groups of exercises for 6 minutes each group. The first group has 3 exercises at one minute each exercise, the second has 4 exercises at 30 seconds each, and the last 3 exercises at one minute each.
Workout:
Group 1: 60 seconds each
Push up alt. Hip Flexion or Bird/dog
Reverse Lunge to stepping lunge combo Right or Reverse Lunge Right
Reverse Lunge to stepping lunge combo Right or Reverse Lunge Left
Group 2: 30 seconds each
Low lateral skips or lateral skips
Low speed squats or squats
Plank ups or mod. plank ups
Up/downs or supermans
Group 3: 60 seconds each
Bear plank lateral walk out or mod. Plank
Bridge hold W/ Row or pelvic lift and row
Squat Jacks or lateral step and squat
Core: 60seconds each
V-Ups or whole body crunch
Bicycle Crunch or Elbow to knee crunch
SL upper body crunch or Upper body crunch
