This 60 minute body weight workout consists of three groups with three exercises in each group, and then a core segment with three exercises one time through. Each exercise is one minute in length and the group last for a total of 6 minutes. You'll complete each group twice and then move on to the next grouping.
Workout:
Group 1:
Bear Push up or Mod. Push Up
Pop squat or speed squat
Bridge Walkout or Marching Bridge
Group 2:
Boxing: Tuck jump Fast L/R or Squat Fast L/R
Thai Plank Right or Side Plank Right
Thai Plank Left or Side Plank Left
Group 3:
High Knees or Partial Rep High Knees
Pulsing Sumo Squat or Sumo Squat
Hip Extension with Band/Towel Row or Standing Band/Towel Row
Core Group:
Whole Body Crunch or Upper Body Crunch
Straight Leg Twist Crunch or Elbow To Knee Twist Crunch
Straight Leg Upper Body Crunch Hold or Upper Body Crunch Hold
