30sec- Lateral Skip w/hop or Lateral Skip
60sec-Plank Lower Body Twist or Plank
30sec-Bridge Walkout or Marching Bridge
Core: 3 times through 30sec each
SL 1/2 ROM Crunch or 1/2 ROM Crunch
SL Whole Body Crunch or Whole Body Crunch
V-Sit Twist or Lateral Flexion
