Group 1:
Side plank with abduction right or Mod. Side plank with abduction right
Long jump W/ 3 hops back or high knees
Side plank with abduction left or Mod. Side plank with abduction left
Lateral Taps or Jumping jacks
Group 2:
Wide to narrow pushup or Mod. Wide to narrow push up
90 degree jump squat turn or speed squat
Low mountain climber or incline mountain climber
Low sumo squat or sumo squat
Group 3:
1- Leg Hip lift right or marching pelvic lift
Bicycle crunch or elbow to knee twist crunch
1- Leg Hip lift left or superman
Diagonal 1/2 up/down or chair/couch 1/2 up/down
Core:
Windshield wipers or V-sit twist
SL 1/2 ROM crunch or 1/2 ROM upper body crunch
Bilateral extension w/ arms over head or deadbug
