Up/down to lateral jump or ankle hops
Push up hold opp. arm/leg or Bench push up hold hip extension
5 low squats with jump or speed squat
in/out scissor kicks or partial rep high knees
straight leg cross over crunch or Standing twist crunch
Group 2:
Bridge walkout or pelvic lifts
1-Leg down dog right or bench hip abduction right
Lateral high knees or lateral skips
1-Leg down dog left or bench hip abduction left
Mod. Sphinx push up or incline bench push up
Core 1x trough at 60 seconds each:
Straight leg extension to pelvic twist or Bicycle crunch
V-ups or whole body crunch
Lateral flexion for both
