90sec-Pop squat or partial rep high knees
45sec-1-leg RDL L or Sumo Squat
45 sec-1-Leg RDL R or 1-leg pelvic lift R
90 sec opp arm/leg hold or bird/dog
45 sec-1-Leg RDL L or 1-leg pelvic lift L
Group 2:
45sec-up/down or bench up/down
90sec lateral taps or lateral skips
45sec push ups or mod. push ups
45sec bridge hold or superman
90sec bicycle crunch or Elbow to knee twist
45 sec bear plank w/hip ext. or Squat hip ext.
Group 3:
45sec row hold reverse lunge R or Squat w/ row
90 sec squat dot jump squat or dot run
45sec row hold reverse lunge L or squat w/ row
45sec side plank toe touch right or mod. side plank right
90sec pulsing squat or sit to stand
45sec side plank toe touch left or mod. side plank left
Core: 60 sec each once through:
1/2 ROM twist or lateral flexion
UB crunch hold or UB crunch
SL pelvic lift or lower body crunch
