Two different 5-minute blocks, we'll do the first block twice, followed by the second block twice. There will be a one-minute break between each block.
Equipment - DB/Water Bottle
a) DB/Water Bottle Standing Punches (palm goes from neutral when close to body to overhand when out in the punch) x 6/side
b) Staggered-Stance Squat (B-Stance) OR 1-Leg Sit to Stand (stand w/ both legs) x 6/side
c) Standing Oblique Opp Elbow to Knee Crunch x 6/side
a) Goblet DB/Water Bottle Squat Pulses x 10 (½ Squat from bottom up)
b) 1-DB/Water Bottle OH (or forward) Hold w/ Step Over DB on floor x 10/side
c) DB/Water Bottle Bent-Over Alt. Supinated Row x 5/side (10 total)

60 minute bodyweight circuit very similar to a Fitness class at AFS. There are higher and lower intensity options for everyone. 6 rounds total with combination of arm, leg, core, and cardio exercises.

In today's workout, we have two groups and a core group. Each group contains four movements that we'll perform for 60 seconds each, 2 rounds through...rest...repeat. On to the next group! The core group has three movements minute each twice through no rest!
