This workout consists of 3 groups alternating between 45 and 90 second intervals.
Group one:
45 second sit to jump squats or 1- leg ecc squat to bench right
45 seconds bench/ chair mountain climbers or 1- leg ecc squat to bench Left
90 seconds 1/2 range of motion squat or Alt. Wall Hip Extension
Group 2:
45 seconds Bear Plank with hip extension or Bird dog
90 second high knees or partial rep high knees
45 seconds straight leg cross over crunch or elbow to knee twist crunch
Group 3:
90 second mod. wide/narrow push ups or mod. push up hold shoulder tap
45 second Bridge walkout or pelvic lift
45 seconds lateral skip or lateral lunge with reach
Core: 60 seconds each exercise
Straight arm upper body crunch or Upper body crunch
V-Ups or whole body crunch
Lateral flexion crunch for both
