60 minute bodyweight circuit very similar to a Fitness class at AFS. There are higher and lower intensity options for everyone. 6 rounds total with combination of arm, leg, core, and cardio exercises.
In today's workout, we have two groups and a core group. Each group contains four movements that we'll perform for 60 seconds each, 2 rounds through...rest...repeat. On to the next group! The core group has three movements minute each twice through no rest!
Group 1:
- 1/2 Sumo Squat
- 1-Leg Up...
Strength EMOM + a little bit of HIIT ;)
You'll need some dumbbells for this one.
