2:
- step taps (OH march)
- low squat jacks (Jump Jacks)
- sprinting butt kicks (jogging butt kicks)
-alternating power lunge (squat w/ hip ext)
3:
- Superman to Hollow Body (deadbug)
- Updown (downward dog)
- Stepping Lunge (1/2 ROM Stepping Lunge)
- Pushup HOld w/ hip ext (mod)
ABS:
- lateral flexion with legs elevated

2 sets of exercises with 5 exercises in each group. One minute each exercise four times through rest, next group. One set of core work, minute each with three exercises and done.
