In today's workout, we have two groups and a core group. Each group contains four movements that we'll perform for 60 seconds each, 2 rounds through...rest...repeat. On to the next group! The core group has three movements minute each twice through no rest!
Group 1:
- 1/2 Sumo Squat
- 1-Leg Up down
- Skater Jumps
- V-Sit w/ scissor Kicks
Group 2
- Reverse Lunge: Right
- Pushup
- Reverse Lunge: Left
- Opp/Arm-Toe Reach
Group 3
- Star Side Plank: Right
- Star Side Plank: Left
- Single Leg Pelvic Lift
