There are 3 groups with 3 exdrcise in each group lasting 1 minute each. You will perform each exercise twice, rest and repeat then move on to the next grouping.
Group 1:
Pulsing lunge right or Squat W/ hip extension right
Push up with rotation or Mod. push up with rotation
Pulsing lunge Left or Squat W/ hip extension Left
Group 2:
Squat Jacks or Jumping Jack
Bench Dips or Mod. Incline push up
Sit to Jump or Eccentric Squat to Bench(3-5sec down)
Group 3:
Up/Down or High Knees
Lateral Skips or lateral lunge
Sumo Squat HOLD or Sumo Squats
Core(once through):
Windshield Wipers or SL Twist Crunch
1/2ROM Crunch or UB Crunch
Opp.Arm/Leg Plank or Mod. Plank W/Hip Ext.
