We will be performing 3 groups of movements (each group as 2 exercises that will be performed for 1 minute each, for 3 sets). Once 2 rounds have been completed, we will move on to the next group. Modifications will be provided!
Group 1:
Alt Hip Lift w/ Towel Row—Pelvic Lift w/ Towel Row
Feet Elevated Pushup —Mod. Pushup
Group 2:
Uptown w/ 3 Squats—Speed Squat
Tricep Dips—Tricep Dip HOLD w/ March
Group 3:
Lateral Skip—Lateral Lunge
Squat Hold w/ Calf Raise—1/2 Squat Hold
Core:
Deadbug
SL Oblique Crunch-R
SL Oblique Crunch-L
