We will be performing 3 groups of movements (3 movements in each group, 60 seconds each movement @ 2 rounds....rest...repeat and the move on to the next group). Once all 3 groups are completed, we'll end with a core finisher! Modifications will be provided.

Group 2:
SL RDL w/ Hip Flexion - ---SL RDL
Bear plank w/ shoulder tap ---- Mod Pushup w/ Tap
Block Squat w/ Jump —— Block Squat
Group 3:
High Plank Jack —— Pushu HOLD
SL Pelvic Lift (feet on couch)——SL Pelvic Lift (feet on floor)
OH Squat to Couch —— BW Squat

Mix of cardio and body weight exercises. 6 rounds total. 5 whole body rounds and 1 round of abs. There are higher intensity and lower intensity options. This specific workout is 30s intervals doing 2 exercises back to back.
