Exercise Posture:
feet shoulder width apart, soft bend in knees, abs/glutes engaged, shoulders back, head neutral.
Bent over row:
Begin the movement by hinging at the hips and stopping parallel or slightly above parallel to the ground. From here, initiate the movement from the shoulder blades and start to bring the hands back toward the hips/belly button. Make sure to not shrug/elevate the shoulders. Once you reach the end range of motion, start to lower the arms toward the floor and begin to release the shoulder blades ending back in the original position.
