Exercise Posture:
-Feet shoulder width apart
-Abs and glutes engaged
-shoulders back
-head in neutral position
Squat Movement:
Begin by pushing butt back and weight through your heels
hinging at the hips and knees until quad(upper thigh) is parallel to the ground.
Squeeze the glutes and begin to put pressure into the ground to stand back up and end back in exercise posture.
