Pre-recorded body image specific classes:
- virtual yoga class (30 minutes)
- virtual yoga class (60 minutes)
- body image/self love + acceptance guided meditation (30 minutes)
Guided meditation + journal prompts are also included in the virtual discuss + grow workshops. There will be key take aways + tips to start practicing body self love + respect.
There will be two complementary restorative classes included as well, but the themes aren't specific to body image, just practicing being gentle + slowing down our minds/bodies.
