Minute each exercise, twice through; rest/repeat then next group.
Group 1:
Sprinter step lunge right or Reverse Lunge Right
Spider Push Up or Bench mountain climbers
Sprinter step lunge left t or Reverse Lunge Left
Group 2:
Long jump 3 hops back or ankle hops
Lateral lunge to hop or lateral lunge
Walkout to squat jump or Wide walkouts
Group 3:
Bag: Diagonal low to high chop Right or front chop
Lateral high knees to jump squat or Bag sit to stand
Bag: Diagonal low to high chop Left or Squat Alt. hip abduction
Core: minute each exercise once through
SL Alt cross over crunch or Elbow to knee twist crunch
SL UB Crunch HOLD or UB crunch hold feet down
Double Bicycle crunch or Lateral flexion
