Full hour circuit workout with Chris and Kemper. If you have dumbbells or bands grab them and add them, but they aren't needed. grab a towel and get ready to sweat!

60 minutes of sweat and laughter. All you need for this workout is a 5-8lb "home" weight (milk jug, laundry detergent, backpack). Outside of that, nothing but heart!
The only thing you'll need on this Labor Day workout is your own body weight & some heart!
