For this 30 minute mobility workout you will need yourself and something to hold on to such as a broom, barbell, or wall. This mobility workout targets the shoulder, hip, and spine. Enjoy!
We will start with a warm up flow and then move into some intentional movement. This class is meant to bring you energy and then at the end you will surrender into some yin like yoga poses.
Mostly lower body focus yoga poses (hamstrings and glutes) with some upper body poses (shoulders/back). I hope you enjoy :)
