Mix of cardio and body weight exercises. 6 rounds total. 5 whole body rounds and 1 round of abs. There are higher intensity and lower intensity options. This specific workout is 30s intervals doing 2 exercises back to back.
Workout 3 sets with 3 exercises at 1 minute each. Twice through, rest then move on to next set.
1-Pulsing lunge right or lateral lunge right
Pulsing lunge left or lateral lunge left
Yoga push up or Modified yoga push up
2-Lunge jump to squat combo or hack to sumo squat combo
We will be performing 3 groups of movements (each group as 2 exercises that will be performed for 1 minute each, for 3 sets). Once 2 rounds have been completed, we will move on to the next group. Modifications will be provided!
