This class offers a full body stretch. You will feel completely relaxed in body and mind. Yin is just a fancy word for holding poses that provide a deep stretch for longer versus just flowing through :)
We will begin standing to ground ourselves and find our breath.
To arrive in the body, we move with intentional squats to the beat of the music.
We will move through a warm up flow.
