Yoga Flow with Eileen

We will begin standing to ground ourselves and find our breath.
To arrive in the body, we move with intentional squats to the beat of the music.
We will move through a warm up flow.
We will then build a flow. Starting with a couple poses, then adding on a couple, and a couple more to finally have one big flow.
We will hold a couple poses to really feel our strength.
We will do some more intentional movement to the beat of a song.
Lastly, we will slow down and find some restorative poses.
Ending in Savasana to rest for a couple minutes.
